Over all three days of the Fair the Cookery Theatre features a brilliant line up of chefs, many of whom will be cooking with venison and introducing the public to some new exciting recipes and ways to cook and present venison.
The stellar line up includes George Colebrook and Neil Pattersonm Grant MacNicol, Tim Maddams, Richard Dalgliesh and Stavros Bamptikos, Tom Kitchin, Amy Rankine, Andrew Spence, Tony Singh, Daniela Forbes, Lloyd Morse, Andrew Moss, Barry Bryson and Pete Gottgens.
There is also a venison butchery demonstration by Perthshire Game, and all venison for the demonstrations has been supplied by Ardgay Game.
It’s going to be an amazing three days in the Cookery Theatre – not to be missed.
